A friend can't get Logitech's Fototouch Color 1.10 to work under Warp. If run
from a WIN-OS2 full screen session, it complains about not being in 386
enhanced mode and we can't seem to figure out how to make the WIN-OS2 full
screen go 386 enhanced mode since you can't change the Windows settings under
settings for it. If loaded in a Window on the OS/2 Desktop, it complains about
some other driver not loading. When we boot up under DOS/WIndows, it works
fine.
Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Yes. He should try to get hold of Version 1.0 (from Logitech maybe??) of
the Fototouch Color software. I have a Logitech Scanman Color that I've
been running under OS/2 for about a year and half now. It came with
Version 1.0 of the software that will work in either Standard or
Enhanced mode. In Enhanced mode it attempts to load a 386 VxD which is a
no-no is OS/2 but in Standard mode it works just fine since in Standard
mode none of the [386ENH] section in windoze's 'system.ini' is
processed. BTW, all that 386 VxD for Fototouch does is create access to
virtual memory for scanning large images. Under win-OS/2 this is not
necessary since OS/2 is providing the virtual memory. I am disappointed
to hear that Logitech has changed the Fototouch software to now require
Enhanced mode windoze. Glad I never bothered to update my Version 1.0.
